Just wondering if there is a difference between the
AE 86 Splinter Trueno and the AE 86 Corolla GTS. Does anyone own one in the Lower Mainland and where can I find one? Thanx.

AE86 Corolla GTS is the same as AE86 Trueno. Corolla is American version, and the Trueno is the Japanese version. Not much difference except little thing's like bumpers and tailights. I own one. Heres a couple pictures.
when i bought it (american style ie.Ugly bumpers)
What it looks like now (Japan style ie.Trueno bumpers>

Nice, very good exterior transformation. All you need now are the Japanese characters on the side. btw where did you get the Trueno bumpers? locally? thanks

I got the bumpers from a guy in California, who knows someone in Japan. Basically, if you want to find parts for the AE86, www.club4ag.com is the place to look.
